Reviews about the book:

How to Remain Ever Happy The New Indian Express, January 17 2006

‘Normally, it is seen that we are running around here and there a lot but without any concrete output. We are simply dissipating our energy. Life is short and very precious. Time is running fast. Every moment we are coming closer to death. It can fall at any moment without any notice. Hence don’t waste any time here. We have to achieve maximum in this minimum time.’

The author of this book M K Gupta has studied extensively about the philosophies and mysteries of life and made some important conclusions, which have been summarized

in this book. Every conclusion drawn by him about life touches the mind and heals psychological wounds

The author, Mr. M. K. Gupta, has been very realistic in his approach and has described different facets of life in a very mature and comprehensive way. Each chapter is worth reading 10 times. I read it whenever I am nervous and feel dejected. Each time you read a chapter a new perspective develops within yourself and life becomes more easy. I wish to personally thank him for providing such a treasure-trove of knowledge and wisdom to deal with the problems of life.
