About the author:

Born in 1930 at Multan in Pakistan, the author is Director of Mind and Body Research Centre, and Chairman, Prakashit Man Trust, both based in New Delhi.

The author`s first book on psychological issues was published in 1962.
Subsequently, books on spirituality, psychology and other subjects followed.

Dozens of articles
on these topics were also published in various periodicals.

The Punjab Government honoured the author for his works in 1975, as did the World Yoga Conference (1986) and the Hindi Academy (2002).
