About the authors:

Deepa S. Phatak`s expertise and experience in cooking for a long period of over 30 years led her to produce this book. Her culinary skills greatly provide a wide variety of lip-smacking dishes to the delight of all.

Apart from being an excellent cook, she is a Double Graduate in commerce and law and has been a teacher.

Shyam Phatak is a B.Com. (Hons.) from Pune University and a recipient of the R.D. Joshi Prize for topping the University in his Elective subject.

Cooking is a hobby that the author has enjoyed for many years.
