This book is a compilation of over 75 innovative games for children of all age groups. These fun filled games would help in keeping the children playfully involved and impart knowledge at the same time. They would be useful at home, in educational institutions, clubs, neighborhood parks and at social gatherings like birthday parties, picnics and during travel. Most of the games have been played in some form or the other from times immemorial. These games help in developing the mental, physical and behavioral abilities of the children. The internet age has minimized the real interaction among children. The games given in this book would help parents and anchors to keep the children away from the over indulgence with modern day gadgets. This would instead encourage children to get involved in meaningful activities and promote interaction through entertainment.

BEWARE OF THE SHARKS

Children need to know that a shark is a big fish living in the sea.
Chalks can be used to mark patches in the play area to designate islands.
The facilitator has to label a few players as sharks.
As the game starts the rest of the players run around to reach at any of the safe islands.
The killer sharks run around in the sea just to catch their prey.
The player can not stand in an island for more than 10 counts.
Each round of the game continues for one minute.
