About the author:
An autodidact, born on May 13, 1957, the author has been teaching English at DIS Arabic College, Cannanore, Kerala for the past 13 years.
He has already authored five books on English, edited an English dictionary and written hundreds of articles on English.
His articles have appeared in Verbatim, a language quarterly published from the UK and USA.
A well-known English language columnist in Kerala, his columns have appeared in several Malayalam and English periodicals.
Abootty lives with his wife, three children and a lot of books on English in his native place, Kannur City, Cannanore, Kerala, busying himself writing books on English.
