How To Overcome Fear Stress And Anger

Fear and anger are human emotions. Like any other emotion, they occur spontaneously without a person’s free will and are triggered by stimuli which can either be internal or external, real or imaginative. Both have the potential to yield either positive or negative results depending on how individuals use the energy inherent in them. Both have the potential to generate stress which causes the body to react with fight or flight response. This response is life-saving in emergency situations, but if it persists for long or occurs frequently, it can cause many damages to a person physically as well as mentally. Luckily, there are a number of techniques available through which the aroused state of mind and body complex, arising out of fear and anger can be cooled down and brought to a state of homeostasis. In a normal state of mind, with the awareness of the different faces of fear and anger in totality, a person can introspect and employ various techniques in order to successfully face and neutralize their adverse effects.
